Face Benefit:

1.We can use tomato juice to shrink the open pores of face. Combine 2 -4 drops of lemon juice with one spoon of tomato juice. Apply it on face and keep it on for 15 minutes. Next, rinse it off with lukewarm water to shrink the open pores.
2. Mash a tomato and spread its pulp evenly on your face. Keep it on your skin for one hour before rinsing off. Finish off with a good moisturizer. Your acne will lessen after regular use. Tomato has cooling properties to soothe the skin and astringent properties to absorb the excess oil from the face, which help in lessening the acne.
3. Cut a tomato in half and press into blackheads. Rinse off and follow with moisturizer. Rubbing tomato slices on blackheads is a top-time tested home remedy for curing ugly blackheads of the face.

We can make from Tomato:

1.Tomato Soup: (recipe)
-take fresh tomatos and boil it
-take other bowl and boil water
-add salt, pepper, garlic, onion and red chilly
-on a low to medium flame let the soup come to a gentle boil..
2.Tomato Sauce:
-mash tomato and make puree of it
– at low flame boil 2 spoon oil and add  onion, garlic, and green chilly till it turns to brown      stir it
-add red chilly, pepper, salt, sugar
-stir it well add puree of tomato and served with sandwich or with meal.
3.Tomato Gravy:
-we can eat gravy with chapati
-easy to make like all vegetable and healthy for us

so these are some daily basis experience with tomato which we can make it easily, use it, and benefit for all of us.
